c/o Chapel Allerton Squash Club.
Together with a cheque for the correct amount made
payable to Chapel Allerton Squash Club.
The Entry Fee shall be £15.00 per team and must
accompany the Entry Form.
Times of play will be circulated to all players
providing a prepaid SAE is enclosed.
